The medical central gas supply system plays a significant role in modern hospitals. The appropriate design and setup of medical gas equipment are essential for the hospitals to ensure medical quality, as well as to save the lives and ease the pain of patients in a timely manner. The medical center gas supply system is mainly composed of the gas station, gas pipelines, medical gas monitoring and alarming system, bed head unit, gas terminal, electrical system, medical calling system and auxiliary equipment system.

Medical Gas Supply System Pipelines
 

Pipe Material	The main oxygen pipeline and the branch pipeline into the room are used of defatted purple copper tube or stainless steel tube. The pipeline inside of bed head unit is using degreased copper pipe.
Pipe Setting	The gas riser pipe is designed in the pipeline well. Pipes should be piped when crossing the wall. The pipes installation should be neat and beautiful.
Pipe Connection	Pipe system using welded connection. Metal seals throughout the pipe system connection Horizontal pipe and branch pipe of bed head unit should be with maintenance valve
Pipe Grounding	Medical gas pipelines in medical rooms should be equipotential grounded; mainfold/pipelines etc should be anti-static grounded; Independent grounding resistance should less than 10Ω;
Pipeline Leakage Rate	Leakage test of medical gas pipelines when no terminal components are connected, the hourly leakage rate should not exceed 0.05%. According to Chinese standard GB50751-2012

Medical Gas Supply System Gas Management

The pressure monitoring alarm box is used to monitor the pipeline pressure of the medical center air supply system and respond to pressure changes through a digital microprocessor. When the pressure is higher or lower than the set value, the system will automatically alarm by sound and light, etc., to remind the management to timely process the medical center air supply system.

Comprehensive data collection: monitoring of the source gases and gas-consuming areas in the hospital.

Warranty
The Guarantee/Warranty Period shall be a period of twelve months after on-site startup & commissioning or eighteen months after shipment, whichever occurs first. If any trouble or defect, originating with the design, material, workmanship or operating characteristics of any Goods, arises at any time during GUARANTEE/WARRANTY period, ETR shall, at his own expense and as promptly as possible, make such alterations, repairs and replacements.
On-Site Support
ETR can do paid services of on-site startup, commissioning, installation supervision, training, by providing purchaser with the services of qualified English-speaking
engineer at site. ETR shall obtain all permits and licenses required to perform the services under this Agreement.
