Product Description

MEDGAS BANK Automatic changeover cylinders are designed for healthcare facilities wishing continuously supply oxygen, nitrous oxide, compressed air, nitrogen or carbon dioxide, their distribution of medical gases from cylinders or bundles.

The hot selling medical manifold gas systems can realize automatic switching without any adjustment by the operator, and it can still work normally even when the electrical system is powered off.

The range of ETR Medical cylinders meet capacity requirements from 40 to 120 m3/h, and works with groups of minimum 2x1 cylinder.

 

Working principle of an automatic change-over manifold

MEDGAS BANK is connected to two different power sources called primary and secondary source. It is equipped with valves that reduce the variable pressure in medical gas cylinders at high pressure. The valves are designed and tested for pressures above 400 bar. The inverter mounted on the control panel allows switching between two sources, usually composed of groups of cylinders.

Medical Gas Supply System Gas Management

The pressure monitoring alarm box is used to monitor the pipeline pressure of the medical center air supply system and respond to pressure changes through a digital microprocessor. When the pressure is higher or lower than the set value, the system will automatically alarm by sound and light, etc., to remind the management to timely process the medical center air supply system.

Warranty
The Guarantee/Warranty Period shall be a period of twelve months after on-site startup & commissioning or eighteen months after shipment, whichever occurs first. If any trouble or defect, originating with the design, material, workmanship or operating characteristics of any Goods, arises at any time during GUARANTEE/WARRANTY period, ETR shall, at his own expense and as promptly as possible, make such alterations, repairs and replacements.
On-Site Support
ETR can do paid services of on-site startup, commissioning, installation supervision, training, by providing purchaser with the services of qualified English-speaking
engineer at site. ETR shall obtain all permits and licenses required to perform the services under this Agreement.
