1. Description

The medical central gas supply system plays a significant role in modern hospitals. The appropriate design and setup of medical gas equipment are essential for the hospitals to ensure medical quality, as well as to save the lives and ease the pain of patients in a timely manner. The medical center gas supply system is mainly composed of the gas station, bed head unit, gas terminal, electrical system, medical calling system, medical pipelines and auxiliary equipment system.
 
The medical central gas supply system plays a significant role in modern hospitals. The medical center gas supply system is mainly composed of the gas station, gas pipelines, medical gas monitoring and alarming system, bed head unit, gas terminal, electrical system, medical calling system and auxiliary equipment system.
 
The pipeline distribution system is an integral part of all medical gas supply systems. It serves to bring all required medical gases and vacuum to areas where they are needed. Without a properly designed, installed, and maintained distribution system, the security of the whole hospital can be at risk.
 
The distribution system of every ETR's medical gas supply system is designed and installed to meet all requirements, including Chinese national standard GB50751, International Standards ISO7396 and UK standard HTM02-01, in terms of planning, material selection, craftsmanship, testing, and certification.
(Please note ISO7396, GB50751, HTM02-01 are for the design, supply and installation of the medical gas copper pipe system, EN13348 is only standard for medical gas and vacuum copper pipe, does not including the design and installation)
 
All pipe jointing fittings and sub-assemblies of fittings for connection to pipes, including for the vacuum and AGSS, shall be cleaned and degreased for oxygen service and be free of particulate matter and toxic residues. They must be individually sealed in bags or boxes and delivered to site identified as medical gas fittings.
