Description

The ball valves and zone valve boxes are cleaned for use with oxygen.

Each valve is tested for leakage in both the open and closed position.

Each unit is designed and built in accordance with the National Standards guidelines. The installation and maintenance should be conducted in accordance with related standards.

 

Features

• Each recessed zone valve box consists of the following: a steel valve box that can hold one to seven shutoff ball valves with pipe extensions and a steel frame. Pressure gauges are included inside the cabin.
• The zone service valve including an digital alarm unit for pressure alarming function.
• The valve box must be made of steel with an anticorrosive spray paint.
• The frame assembly is constructed of steel.
• The valve will be a brass ball. The seats will be made with Te-flon and Vi-ton joints.
• Valves shall be operated by a lever-type handle that requires only a quarter turn to go from a fully open to a fully closed position.
• All valves are provided with washed and degreased copper exhaust nozzle extensions, with a length that allows them to protrude from the sides of the box.
• Each valve will have an identification support that will be riveted to the valve box, to place a medical gas identification label.

Medical Gas Supply System Pipelines medical gas regulator box

Pipe Material	The main oxygen pipeline and the branch pipeline into the room are used of defatted purple copper tube or stainless steel tube. The pipeline inside of bed head unit is using degreased copper pipe.
Pipe Setting	The gas riser pipe is designed in the pipeline well. Pipes should be piped when crossing the wall. The pipes installation should be neat and beautiful.
Pipe Connection	Pipe system using welded connection. Metal seals throughout the pipe system connection Horizontal pipe and branch pipe of bed head unit should be with maintenance valve
Pipe Grounding	Medical gas pipelines in medical rooms should be equipotential grounded; mainfold/pipelines etc should be anti-static grounded; Independent grounding resistance should less than 10Ω;
Pipeline Leakage Rate	Leakage test of medical gas pipelines when no terminal components are connected, the hourly leakage rate should not exceed 0.05%. According to Chinese standard GB50751-2012

Medical Gas Supply System Gas Management

The pressure monitoring alarm box is used to monitor the pipeline pressure of the medical center air supply system and respond to pressure changes through a digital microprocessor. When the pressure is higher or lower than the set value, the system will automatically alarm by sound and light, etc., to remind the management to timely process the medical center air supply system.

Warranty
The Guarantee/Warranty Period shall be a period of twelve months after on-site startup & commissioning or eighteen months after shipment, whichever occurs first. If any trouble or defect, originating with the design, material, workmanship or operating characteristics of any Goods, arises at any time during GUARANTEE/WARRANTY period, ETR shall, at his own expense and as promptly as possible, make such alterations, repairs and replacements.
On-Site Support
ETR can do paid services of on-site startup, commissioning, installation supervision, training, by providing purchaser with the services of qualified English-speaking
engineer at site. ETR shall obtain all permits and licenses required to perform the services under this Agreement.
